Let’s Get to Know Each Other
At Birch + Dune Design Co. we like to get to know you first. We want to make sure that we are a good fit for you, and you for us. We start with a 45-minute in-person meeting (or a video meeting if you’re not nearby) to learn about your space, your goals, your style, your family, and how you live. From there, we’ll outline the best service fit and provide a custom proposal.

Your Vision Brought to Life
After you share all of your great ideas with us (questionnaire, Pinterest boards, etc.) we get to work creating a curated concept with mood boards, color palettes, inspiration images, and an overall direction for your home or space. We present a complete design plan, including floor plans, furnishings, finishes, and décor. You’ll review and provide feedback—we want you to love every piece and make sure it feels like you. One round of refinements is included to ensure everything feels just right.

We Handle the Order, you Relax
Once the design is approved, we take care of ordering, tracking, and coordinating all items. You won’t have to worry about shipping delays or delivery headaches—we’ll manage every detail for you all while keeping you up-to-date along the way. Less stress for you, which makes it all more beautiful and amazing in the end.

From Concept to Reality
Once construction begins, we collaborate closely with your general contractor to ensure every aspect of the design is executed flawlessly. Just like in the Ordering & Tracking phase, you’ll receive regular progress updates—so you’re always in the loop and never left wondering what’s happening on-site.
